+1 to David's comments about ensuring that the currently named "Info Blocking P&P" aligns with federal Info Blocking rule today and in future for the allowance of Governance Entity to revise the P&P (and/all P&P) to be amended in future. I do need to read into the Framework again to submit an official comment (which I will send to CDII after today's meeting).

@Courtney per David's suggestion about a 1 year warning mirroring federal implementation, what about new entities that sign the DSA beyond the first year/2024/2026? Say, a new provider practice.

This was a terrific discussion. The team has heard your comments, and will consider each of them as we re-approach the P&P.

Can we intentionally NOT request fax numbers? (seriously, this is an opportunity to put fax in healthcare to rest)

We've taken to thinking of the QHIO as a "health data safety net" -- hence equity as a principle

I have to drop so I'm leaving my questions about the grant program here: This suggests the money should go to QHIOs or directly to providers. Do you see a 3rd avenue, where an organization could apply to work with a group of providers (like the regional extension centers used to do)? Experience has shown that small practices lack the time and resources to apply for funding opportunities such as this.

TA is so broad. It's needed, still after a decade (or so) of TA, but is a constant
